The Process

First, we will complete our 4-step analysis. This analysis is required ahead of the production of creative assets and media planning and research so that we can ensure you receive the most out of your investment.

Market and industry research is conducted to determine best media outlets to utilize, considering the target demographic, goals, objectives, and budget.

The media plan is presented for approval or revisions if needed.

Once approved, media is placed by Champaign Media Consulting, LLC. We will monitor all media placed to ensure accuracy and handles all makegoods. For digital buys – weekly analysis is conducted for optimization purposes to ensure impression counts are met in order to meet goals.

Post-Plan Reports are conducted upon the end of the campaign – or annual media plan. Digital reports will be supplied monthly in the case of an annual commitment. Key Performance Indicators are analyzed to prove goals were met. Recommendations will be made for the next steps.

Where are your people?

Define the target geographic area you would like to cover, this can be as specific or general as you like.

Note: The larger the area – the more it will cost to sufficiently cover with enough reach & frequency to make an impact.

Determine the specific target audience(s) you would like to reach. Specifics include: gender, age, household income, education level, and any other behavioral characteristic specific to your desired audience.

Why are you running your campaign?

What specific goals are you hoping to achieve with your investment. Examples: general branding, increased website traffic, increased inquiries/sale leads, increased sales/profits.

What will be measured?

Determine the specific attribute to measure the success of your campaign goals being met. Identify the metric or KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Examples: desire impression count met, web traffic increased, clicks on a certain button on a website – “Learn More” or “Apply Here,” increased call/email inquiries, increased profits.
